1. General
9th Street Goods (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as an online comic book retailer. These terms apply to all purchases, browsing, and interactions with our website at 9thstreetgoods.shop.
2. Product Condition & Grading
All comic books are graded using standard industry conventions (Near Mint, Very Fine, Fine, etc.). Grading is subjective; our assessments are made in good faith. Unfortunately we are not professional graders nor are we able to assess every single comic we sell. New releases are sold as new/unread. Vintage and back issues are sold as-is unless otherwise noted. Condition descriptions are provided in each listing. The condition is a very rough estimate and we are happy to provide additional photos upon request.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
4. Shipping
We ship via USPS and FedEx. Standard shipping is $5.99 for the first comic and $0.75 for each additional comic. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If an item arrives damaged or significantly not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, store credit, or refund. Returns for buyer’s remorse are accepted within 14 days of delivery; the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. New releases and convention exclusives are final sale.
6. Availability & Pre-Orders
Product availability is subject to change. In the event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund. Pre-order items are charged at the time of order and are subject to publisher or distributor delays, which are outside our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All comic book characters, titles, and related content are the property of their respective publishers and copyright holders. 9th Street Goods is a retailer only and makes no claim to any intellectual property associated with the products we sell.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 9th Street Goods shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
